The Cardell Fc fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Cardell Fc's Claes Skräddare looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fredrik Brodin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claes Skräddare in the 8th minute of the match. If Claes Skräddare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pål Bergfeldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fredrik Brodin having to interfere. Karl-Åke Sjöberg hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pål Bergfeldt in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fredrik Brodin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Mantorp's zone, Claes Skräddare stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fredrik Brodin came out of the goal and Claes Skräddare tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 18 minutes, Ernst Linqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mantorp and the Cardell Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 18 played minutes Mantorp got a freekick which was hit by Ernst Linqvist. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claes Skräddare in the 22nd minute of play forced Mantorp's goalkeeper Fredrik Brodin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Mantorp getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Vidar Olsson hit a great ball. Claes Skräddare received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Fredrik Brodin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pål Bergfeldt in the 30th minute of play forced Mantorp's goalkeeper Fredrik Brodin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Folke Bäckström hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the match, Mantorp's goal looked a bit too open when Claes Skräddare came free, but Fredrik Brodin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute Pål Bergfeldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Brodin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Pål Bergfeldt made a precise shot to the right of Fredrik Brodin. Mantorp's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The Mantorp players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cardell Fc were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Samuel Söderqwist to make the kick off. Claes Skräddare struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Fredrik Brodin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cardell Fc. If Pål Bergfeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Pål Bergfeldt fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fredrik Brodin, passed just outside the right post. Valentin Fagerberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Johan Lundblad fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cardell Fc's protests and gave Johan Lundblad a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mantorp booed when Cardell Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Lundblad didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69thth minute of the game Samuel Söderqwist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cardell Fc's Kasper Ahlberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Henric Falck's late challenge caught a Mantorp's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henric Falck helped the player get up and apologised. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cardell Fc! The referee gave Mantorp a penalty, 77 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ernst Linqvist, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cardell Fc's Kasper Ahlberg. 1-2. If Pål Bergfeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cardell Fc's Pål Bergfeldt in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mantorp's goalie prevented a goal. Mantorp's Fredrik Brodin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Mantorp from getting a goal against them. After 94 minutes, Johannes Sjöström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mantorp and the Cardell Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 93rd minute, one of Mantorp:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mantorp. Cardell Fc's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
