Spectators: 7248 (Terracing: 5437, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) Skånes Fagerhult's Fabian Sjögren started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joachim Björk in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yngve Eklund saved Skånes Fagerhult from getting behind. Yngve Eklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joachim Björk, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Nils Säf's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elias Wallin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. After having played for 16 minutes, Fabian Sjögren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skånes Fagerhult's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Sjögren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabian Sjögren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Skånes Fagerhult's Nils Säf got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Nima United's zone, Fabian Sjögren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Wallin came out of the goal and Fabian Sjögren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anton Giöck during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Nima United getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Anton Giöck hit a great ball. After 34 minutes, Göran Håkansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skånes Fagerhult and the Nima United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Göran Håkansson hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Fabian Sjögren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Wallin having to interfere. Nima United's Elias Wallin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Nima United from getting a goal against them. Fabian Sjögren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Nima United's Petter Grubb seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Petter Grubb the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Nima United protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Petter Grubb had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 46 minutes into the game, one of Nima United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 49 minutes, Skånes Fagerhult's Sven-Olof Wassenius got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Elias Wallin. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joachim Björk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Skånes Fagerhult getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Karl-Michael Ivarsson hit a great ball. Joachim Björk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yngve Eklund having to interfere. Joachim Björk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Yngve Eklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabian Sjögren struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Elias Wallin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skånes Fagerhult. Elias Wallin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Säf in the 70th minute of play. Joachim Björk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nils Säf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Wallin having to interfere. When Fabian Sjögren came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Skånes Fagerhult fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Sjögren couldn't finish the play. If Nils Säf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Skånes Fagerhult were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Nima United for a fine match.
