In the 17th match minute, Sockerpöjkarnas BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wictor Åström to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 18 minutes, Lars Knutsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abborrträsk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lars Knutsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abborrträsk's Lars Knutsson got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Otto Strand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Fastesson having to interfere. In the 29th minute of the match Abborrträsk got a corner. Sockerpöjkarnas BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mikael Albohm ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lars Knutsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albin Moberg having to interfere. The supporters of Sockerpöjkarnas BK booed when Abborrträsk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marc Roca didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Otto Strand to strike the kick off in the second half. Anton Fastesson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olov Nyman in the 83rd minute. Marc Roca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lars Knutsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Albin Moberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Abborrträsk had won after a very even match.
