Kenneth Molander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Gustafsson having to interfere. Magnus Gustafsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kenneth Molander, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Magnus Gustafsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher Martinsson in the 11th minute of play. Kenneth Molander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Magnus Gustafsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. In the 18thth minute of the game Linus Dusett who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lotorp's Fritz Lund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kenneth Molander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 23 minutes into the game, one of Lotorp:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 24 minutes, New Team Säter 02's Philip Collin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fritz Lund. Christopher Martinsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Gustafsson having to interfere. Magnus Gustafsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenneth Molander in the 30th minute of play. After 30 played minutes New Team Säter 02 got a freekick which was hit by Jim Felin. Magnus Gustafsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenneth Molander in the 32nd minute of play. Fritz Lund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Linus Dusett, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Linus Dusett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fritz Lund having to interfere. Greger Gerdberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fritz Lund having to interfere. Fritz Lund was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Linus Dusett capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Linus Dusett really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christopher Martinsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Linus Dusett in the 55th minute of play forced Lotorp's goalkeeper Fritz Lund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. New Team Säter 02's Magnus Gustafsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christopher Martinsson in the 58th minute of play. When Linus Dusett came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the New Team Säter 02 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Linus Dusett couldn't finish the play. 74 minutes into the match, Lotorp's goal looked a bit too open when Linus Dusett came free, but Fritz Lund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lotorp's Kenneth Molander got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Magnus Gustafsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher Martinsson in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Ingvar Kvalfält hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in New Team Säter 02's zone, Kenneth Molander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magnus Gustafsson came out of the goal and Kenneth Molander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kenneth Molander got free with Magnus Gustafsson in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christopher Martinsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Gustafsson having to interfere. In the 91st play minute Kenneth Molander came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Magnus Gustafsson. 2-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Lotorp walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
