In the 13th minute, Mikael Hammarström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Jakobsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kalle Fanström having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gösta Glad in the 19th minute of play forced Hyllinge FF's goalkeeper Erik Berggren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kalle Fanström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenny Nordlander in the 21st minute of play. Georg Pihl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kalle Fanström having to interfere. After 41 played minutes Romakloster got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Wallmark. Hyllinge FF's Erik Berggren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Glad in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
