Spectators: 7331 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 145) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sven-Olof Högman kicked off to start the match. When Jerry Täman fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lovate's protests and gave Jerry Täman a yellow card for diving instead. Jerry Täman hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Adrian Västberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Franck Rocheteau made a huge save. Sven-Olof Högman kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Hans Edström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Söder in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Sven-Olof Högman made a precise shot to the right of Hans Edström. Los Clantos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Viggo Åkerman fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Clantos's protests and gave Viggo Åkerman a yellow card for diving instead. Martin Termander lost his temper 15 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. When the match had been going on for 17 minutes, Los Clantos's Adrian Västberg got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Franck Rocheteau. Anders Ekberg kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. When Ralf Norström came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Lovate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ralf Norström couldn't finish the play. 25 minutes into the match, Lovate's goalkeeper Franck Rocheteau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrik Kjellberg. Henrik Kjellberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roger Berggren made in the 32nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lovate's Ralf Norström. With a little luck, Lovate's Franck Rocheteau got control of the ball when Henrik Kjellberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 46th minute Anders Ekberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franck Rocheteau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Henrik Kjellberg made a kick off. Hans Edström made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Erik Söder sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 54 minutes, Ralf Norström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lovate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ralf Norström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henrik Kjellberg got in the 57th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Franck Rocheteau handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Carl Nordin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lovate's supporters rose to their feet, but Carl Nordin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hans Edström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute, Erik Söder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hans Edström was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Henrik Kjellberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Erik Söder came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Lovate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik Söder couldn't finish the play. Henrik Kjellberg scored 2-3 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Franck Rocheteau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hans Edström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralf Norström in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute Oliver Dalström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franck Rocheteau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ralf Norström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Los Clantos fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lovate were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
