Eagle FC's Sverker Alströmmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Rafel in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Linquist in the 5th minute of play forced Eagle FC's goalkeeper Sverker Alströmmer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Billy Johnsson got free with Tom Björkdahl in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Billy Johnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Markus Engström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Tom Björkdahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sverker Alströmmer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eskil Colin, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Sverker Alströmmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Linquist in the 21st minute of play. When Jannaskaro BK's Nicanor Rafel in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eagle FC's goalie prevented a goal. Sverker Alströmmer came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Jannaskaro BK's Nicanor Rafel. But to his dismay, Nicanor Rafel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Billy Johnsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tom Björkdahl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Björn Vallman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nicanor Rafel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Jannaskaro BK's goal looked a bit too open when Markus Engström came free, but Tom Björkdahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

In the 59th minute, Nicanor Rafel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute Billy Johnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Björkdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
