Kaldoyo CF's Tony Svensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Erik Groth in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Patrik Örtlund notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Stenhamra's Alex Anselius. Alex Anselius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 16th minute of the game. One of Stenhamra:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kaldoyo CF:s goal. Gabriel Lange shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 21st minute of the match, Orvar Klack got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alex Anselius was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Stenhamra's zone, Patrik Örtlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Anselius came out of the goal and Patrik Örtlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 26 minutes, Billy Edström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stenhamra and the Kaldoyo CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The long shot by Gabriel Lange in the 27th minute really tested Alex Anselius's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Patrik Örtlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Anselius having to interfere. Billy Edström got his second yellow card in the match during the 30th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Kaldoyo CF booed when Stenhamra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Billy Edström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jens-Ove Lundgren charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jens-Ove Lundgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Patrik Örtlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Anselius having to interfere. In the 36th minute of the match Gabriel Lange sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alex Anselius skillfully saved the ball. Orvar Klack sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Stenhamra's Alex Anselius got control of the ball when Orvar Klack tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jan-Erik Groth was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Stenhamra's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Örtlund came free, but Alex Anselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute Patrik Örtlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Anselius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrik Örtlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 69 minutes into the game, Kaldoyo CF's Patrik Örtlund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tony Svensson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kaldoyo CF fully deserved thier win.
