With 6 minutes on the clock, Edward Strömberg commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 7th match minute, Friska Viljor FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Strömberg to maneuver through the defense. Håkan Haeger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Edgar Drăghincescu came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Friska Viljor FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgar Drăghincescu couldn't finish the play. If Edgar Drăghincescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bengt-Åke Björklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Nils-Åke Forsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Nicklas Björkkvist in the 17th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Friska Viljor FC's Bengt-Åke Löv. In the 19th minute, Bengt-Åke Löv hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Lenberg took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nils-Åke Forsberg. Nils-Åke Forsberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When Friska Viljor FC's David Lenberg in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Anderslöv's goalie prevented a goal. David Lenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. In the 34th minute, David Lenberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nils-Åke Forsberg. The goal made the score 3-0. Anderslöv's Nils-Åke Forsberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Anderslöv from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Lenberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bengt-Åke Björklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Nils-Åke Forsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Magnus Fransson hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. When Magnus Fransson fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Friska Viljor FC's protests and gave Magnus Fransson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 58th minute, Magnus Fransson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anderslöv's Nils-Åke Forsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Drăghincescu in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute Edgar Drăghincescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Åke Forsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, David Lenberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. David Lenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Nils-Åke Forsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Friska Viljor FC's Tor Widberg was substituted for Bengt-Åke Björklund. In the 82nd match minute, Friska Viljor FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Lenberg to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kennet Söderström in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pär Kiempe saved Friska Viljor FC from getting behind. If Bengt-Åke Löv had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Friska Viljor FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
