Verner Ödmann succeeded in the game's 22nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. A collision led to VS Åby getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Verner Ödmann hit a great ball. Alex Ek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Hegg having to interfere. In the 29th match minute, Skälvik RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carl Jakobsson to maneuver through the defense. Carl Jakobsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 35 minutes, Verner Ödmann made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Skälvik RK's Lucas Hegg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Verner Ödmann in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucas Hegg saved Skälvik RK from getting behind. When VS Åby's Verner Ödmann in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Skälvik RK's goalie prevented a goal. Skälvik RK's Lucas Hegg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gunnar Tøndborg in the 45th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Örjan Falkrans to make the kick off. Lucas Hegg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Verner Ödmann in the 51st minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Sven-Edvin Askberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lucas Hegg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Verner Ödmanns short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Lucas Hegg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 57 minutes of play, VS Åby's Henric Åman made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucas Hegg was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sten Helander during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had been going on for 63 minutes, VS Åby's Alex Ek got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Lucas Hegg. Lucas Hegg made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Henric Åman sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Skälvik RK's zone, Henric Åman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Hegg came out of the goal and Henric Åman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Verner Ödmann in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucas Hegg saved Skälvik RK from getting behind. Henric Åman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Verner Ödmann did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Lucas Hegg 78 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Verner Ödmann in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucas Hegg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lucas Hegg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Verner Ödmann in the 96th minute of the match.
