Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aron Botvidsson started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Hellsing in the 3rd minute of play forced Sernard FC's goalkeeper Peter Karlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute Anders Hellsing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Karlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viggo Hellbom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 10th minute, Sernard FC's Viggo Hellbom dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. If Tim Andersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Malte Almkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Samuel Lingren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Malte Almkvist was extremely unlucky when he, in the 24th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Malte Almkvist struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Samuel Lingren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sernard FC. After a rather tough play, Sernard FC's Christian Skager got a free kick in the 31st minute. Samuel Lingren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viggo Hellbom in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Sernard FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stig-Ove Hellbom came free, but Peter Karlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Axel Bern in the 38th minute of play forced Sernard FC's goalkeeper Peter Karlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peter Karlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aron Botvidsson in the 40th minute of the match. Samuel Lingren made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Tim Andersson sent off a good shot on target. Peter Karlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Axel Bern, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the match, Sernard FC's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Axel Bern came free, but Peter Karlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tim Andersson hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Karl-Axel Bern had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Peter Karlberg. Sernard FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karl-Axel Bern was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.

The wind increased when Malte Almkvist made the kick off in the second half. Pennybridge Fc's Samuel Lingren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim Andersson in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th minute of the match Sernard FC got a corner. Pennybridge Fc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Christian Skager ran over to the corner to take the kick. Christian Skager made a great header on Sernard FC's corner, it was just that Pennybridge Fc's Samuel Lingren managed to reach the ball for a save. Malte Almkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st minute, Karl-Axel Bern reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Peter Karlberg. The goal made the score 1-2. 69 minutes into the match, Pennybridge Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Malte Almkvist came free, but Samuel Lingren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tim Andersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 played minutes Sernard FC got a freekick which was hit by Elof Hjeltman. Evert Forsberg, 77 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sernard FC's goalkeeper Peter Karlberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Karl-Axel Bern sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 85 played minutes Sernard FC got a freekick which was hit by Tim Andersson. Pennybridge Fc's Anders Hellsing shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 89th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Peter Karlberg but with some difficulty. Tim Andersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Lingren having to interfere. Malte Almkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Samuel Lingren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
