Algot Ivarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfred Käller, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute, Manfred Käller made a precise shot to the right of Algot Ivarsson. Stern Football Factory's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barney Stinson in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Algot Ivarsson saved Stern Football Factory from getting behind. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Barney Stinson sped through Stern Football Factory's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Algot Ivarsson. 19 minutes into the game, Charlie Andersson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Algot Ivarsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 23 played minutes Stern Football Factory got a freekick which was hit by Albert Berglund. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adrian Martinsson during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th minute, Adrian Martinsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Charlie Andersson made a precise shot to the right of Algot Ivarsson. Stern Football Factory's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Albert Berglund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Stern Football Factory players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The Grumps were winning 1-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adrian Martinsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Manfred Käller struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Algot Ivarsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Grumps. Stern Football Factory's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Manfred Käller 55 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-5. Charlie Andersson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Algot Ivarsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Algot Ivarsson made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Charlie Andersson sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Stern Football Factory booed when The Grumps was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Ström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charlie Andersson came free with the goalkeeper in the 65th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Algot Ivarsson could save by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michael Ström during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 70th match minute, The Grumps was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Ström to maneuver through the defense. After 73 minutes of play, The Grumps's Charlie Andersson made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Algot Ivarsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Albert Berglund kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The supporters of Stern Football Factory booed when The Grumps was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yngve Sjöberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 82 played minutes, Stern Football Factory's Leif Hellbom shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ronny Tiger came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Stern Football Factory reached it. In the 84th minute, Adrian Martinsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Albert Berglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Stern Football Factory's Algot Ivarsson got control of the ball when Charlie Andersson tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. The Grumps walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
