Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stig Tunander started the match with the kick off. Ralf Wall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig Tunander in the 9th minute of the match. Hjälshammar if's Ralf Wall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Jonasson in the 11th minute of play. Bernt Julin came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Hjälshammar if's Jonas Wahlström. But to his dismay, Jonas Wahlström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 20 played minutes, Hjälshammar if's Jon Sjödin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bernt Julin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hjälshammar if reached it. Ralf Wall made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Karl-Magnus Kilman sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Hjälshammar if getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Federico Di Rado hit a great ball. Ralf Wall was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Stig Tunander capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Stig Tunander really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. When Jonas Wahlström came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Hjälshammar if fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Wahlström couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Överlida booed when Hjälshammar if was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Wahlström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Överlida's Karl Beck pulled a muscle in his back after 40 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Roland Norberg's late challenge caught a Överlida's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roland Norberg helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Hjälshammar if getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Roland Norberg hit a great ball. Ralf Wall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig Tunander in the 45th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonas Wahlström to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hjälshammar if's goalkeeper Ralf Wall, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anton Ahlström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Ralf Wall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th match minute, Hjälshammar if was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Wahlström to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, William Fortuin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute Per Jonasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ralf Wall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roland Norberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bernt Julin came out and tried to block the shot, but Roland Norberg slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 75th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Överlida's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Wahlström came free, but Bernt Julin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Hjälshammar if booed when Överlida was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Ahlström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Calle Ekgren kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Sebastian Bengtsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernt Julin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Överlida's goalkeeper Bernt Julin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Wahlström. Bernt Julin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Di Rado, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
