Lilywhites FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ösmo the free kick. After 11 played minutes Lilywhites FC got a freekick which was hit by William Tillman. Henry Ivarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Lägdin in the 12th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Bernt Lägdin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ösmo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Hugo Stephansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lilywhites FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernt Lägdin was the one to do the kick off. Bertil Hedlund took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fredrik Galle. Fredrik Galle dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. After 55 played minutes Lilywhites FC got a freekick which was hit by Bertil Hedlund. Lilywhites FC's Henry Ivarsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Lilywhites FC from getting a goal against them. The Lilywhites FC fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Lilywhites FC's Hugo Stephansson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 72nd minute, Christer Arenberg made a precise shot to the right of Henry Ivarsson. Lilywhites FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. If Michel Åman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lilywhites FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bernt Lägdin 83 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-4. Henry Ivarsson made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Boris Vennerlund sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute, Hugo Stephansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ösmo's Sten Linquist got a free kick in the 89th minute. When Hugo Stephansson came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Lilywhites FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Stephansson couldn't finish the play. Bertil Hedlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lilywhites FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
