Benjamin Isaksson might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mathias Löfgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benjamin Isaksson ran back to his position shaking his head. Benjamin Isaksson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mathias Löfgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Hans Stenström struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Uno Holm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GOTHENBURG FOOTBALL CLUB. If Benjamin Isaksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mathias Löfgren was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Kurt Lindmark capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kurt Lindmark really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andreas Ekrot got free with Mathias Löfgren in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 42 minutes, Andreas Ekrot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Påarp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andreas Ekrot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, GOTHENBURG FOOTBALL CLUB's Mathias Löfgren got control of the ball when Andreas Ekrot tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andreas Ekrot to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Påarp's Andreas Ekrot nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mathias Löfgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andreas Ekrot in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mathias Löfgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 62 minutes, Andreas Ekrot made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. GOTHENBURG FOOTBALL CLUB's Mathias Löfgren tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Benjamin Isaksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of GOTHENBURG FOOTBALL CLUB booed when Påarp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magne Bocklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Andreas Ekrot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Påarp's supporters rose to their feet, but Andreas Ekrot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mathias Löfgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benjamin Isaksson scored 6-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mathias Löfgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Kurt Lindmark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the match, Kurt Lindmark notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of GOTHENBURG FOOTBALL CLUB's Mathias Löfgren. Mathias Löfgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 89 played minutes Påarp got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Lindmark. Hans Stenströms short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Uno Holm to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hans Stenström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Uno Holm made a huge save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Påarp fully deserved thier win.
