When Tun's Ulf Bäckström in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Torparcanons IF's goalie prevented a goal. Birger Olsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulf Bäckström, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute, Karl-Michael Rosen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oskar Ryberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olov Holmgren in the 17th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulf Bäckström in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Birger Olsson saved Torparcanons IF from getting behind. If Victor Söderberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Torparcanons IF's Jan-Erik Walmarsson got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 35th minute, Victor Söderberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 43 minutes of play, Tun's Victor Söderberg made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Birger Olsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulf Bäckström in the 48th minute of play forced Torparcanons IF's goalkeeper Birger Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ulf Bäckström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Victor Söderberg's late challenge caught a Torparcanons IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victor Söderberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd minute, Victor Söderberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 57th play minutes Victor Söderberg shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Birger Olsson and just under the crossbar into goal. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Birger Olsson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Birger Olsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulf Bäckström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Tun booed when Torparcanons IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Erik Walmarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torsten Thedin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Tun booed when Torparcanons IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Erik Walmarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Torparcanons IF's zone, Torsten Thedin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Birger Olsson came out of the goal and Torsten Thedin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, Tun's Birger Olsson threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ulf Bäckström, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The corner ended in Torsten Thedin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Torparcanons IF's Birger Olsson did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulf Bäckström in the 92nd minute of play forced Torparcanons IF's goalkeeper Birger Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 94 minutes, Ulf Bäckström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tun's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulf Bäckström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulf Bäckström in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Birger Olsson saved Torparcanons IF from getting behind. Tun played a much better game than Torparcanons IF and deserved their victory. The Torparcanons IF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
