Roland Sandberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cezary Skoroda's late challenge caught a Gullaboås IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cezary Skoroda helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 40th minute of the game. One of Råå IK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gullaboås IF:s goal. In the 42nd minute, the referee gave Gullaboås IF a penalty. Jan-Åke Kristiansson looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Roland Sandberg. Evert Lövgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Bivall in the 46th minute of the match. Roland Sandberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven-Oskar Utfal in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Råå IK's Roland Sandberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivar Hellbom in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Brogren in the 53rd minute of play forced Råå IK's goalkeeper Roland Sandberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven-Oskar Utfal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Roland Sandberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roland Sandberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 75 minutes into the match, Gullaboås IF's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Bivall came free, but Evert Lövgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute of the match Rikard Kuse shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roland Sandberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 87th minute Roger Bivall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Lövgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Sven-Oskar Utfal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Samuel Brogren made a precise shot to the right of Roland Sandberg. Råå IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1.
