An unexpectedly hard shot by Linus Melberg in the 51st minute of play forced Hällby Hellballers's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Månsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. George Björklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Åke Månsson having to interfere. Västerhaninge IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Linus Melberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 81 minutes into the game, Västerhaninge IF's Tony Hellsing nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jan-Åke Månsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Linus Melberg in the 85th minute of play forced Hällby Hellballers's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Månsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan-Åke Månsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven-Erik Albohm's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Västerhaninge IF's Linus Melberg got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gösta Kråk hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
