Robert Gullesson's late challenge caught a Real Madrid City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robert Gullesson helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Real Madrid City booed when Torparna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Gullesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Torparna's zone, Lars-Erik Sigfridsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evert Frykberg came out of the goal and Lars-Erik Sigfridsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Sven-Oskar Linquist sped through Torparna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Evert Frykberg. Sven-Oskar Linquist scored 0-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evert Frykberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven-Oskar Linquist in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evert Frykberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Evert Frykberg came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Real Madrid City's Sven-Oskar Linquist. But to his dismay, Sven-Oskar Linquist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Lars-Erik Sigfridsson kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Oskar Linquist in the 31st minute of play forced Torparna's goalkeeper Evert Frykberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Torparna defense, Sven-Oskar Linquist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evert Frykberg. The Torparna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evert Frykberg should have stopped the shot. Evert Frykberg came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Madrid City's Sven-Oskar Linquist. But to his dismay, Sven-Oskar Linquist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. The supporters of Torparna booed when Real Madrid City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kåre Nordal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henry Ekeberg charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henry Ekeberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sven-Oskar Linquist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Henry Ekeberg was shown his second yellow card after 55 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 56th match minute, Torparna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Ekeberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute Sven-Oskar Linquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Frykberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute of the match Amauri Nóbrega sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Evert Frykberg skillfully saved the ball. In the 70th minute, Bengt-Rune Boklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evert Frykberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven-Oskar Linquist's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 79th minute, Real Madrid City's Johan Öberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. With a little luck, Torparna's Evert Frykberg got control of the ball when Sven-Oskar Linquist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Evert Frykberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Oskar Linquist in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Sven-Oskar Linquist recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Evert Frykberg. Sven-Oskar Linquist showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-12. The Real Madrid City supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Real Madrid City would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
