Spectators: 7446 (Terracing: 5586, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) Folke Smefeldt came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Army Ants's Stig-Åke Kjellkvist. But to his dismay, Stig-Åke Kjellkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Aron Falck charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aron Falck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd minute, Aron Falck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximilian Drewitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Folke Smefeldt made a huge save. If Stig-Åke Kjellkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 played minutes Dikanäs got a freekick which was hit by Tony Lundgren. If Gustav Vennerlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Army Ants's Gustav Vennerlund ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Folke Smefeldt. Folke Smefeldt yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Dikanäs's Folke Smefeldt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Dikanäs from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Markus Nordström to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Army Ants got a freekick which was hit by Jesper Trulsson. Dikanäs were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Army Ants's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alexander Berglund took the corner. Dikanäs's Tony Lundgren was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ola Löfgren in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 60 minutes, Tobias Wennerström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dikanäs and the Army Ants players grew even worse after the yellow card. Folke Smefeldt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig-Åke Kjellkvist in the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Jesper Trulsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alexander Berglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Folke Smefeldt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustav Vennerlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Folke Smefeldt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Åke Kjellkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan-Åke Hedkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Army Ants players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
