The Stockholm Nord fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jon Kihlberg should have stopped the shot. The LFC Boys fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when LFC Boys's Daniel Strömberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Strömberg in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jon Kihlberg saved Stockholm Nord from getting behind. After 13 minutes of play, LFC Boys's Zé Roberto Fahlgren made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jon Kihlberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Daniel Strömberg sped through Stockholm Nord's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jon Kihlberg. After having played for 24 minutes, Daniel Strömberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LFC Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Strömberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Stockholm Nord's Filiph Ahlroht got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute, Daniel Strömberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LFC Boys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Jon Kihlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Strömberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 minutes Stockholm Nord's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sören Enström who took care of the corner kick. LFC Boys's Sören Enström was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jon Kihlberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 37 minutes of play, LFC Boys's Daniel Strömberg made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jon Kihlberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jon Kihlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Strömberg in the 41st minute of play. Kurt Lenberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jon Kihlberg having to interfere. LFC Boys's Zé Roberto Fahlgren got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Strömberg to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, LFC Boys's Niklas Stenberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jon Kihlberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Strömberg struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Jon Kihlberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LFC Boys. Jon Kihlberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niklas Stenberg in the 59th minute. Jon Kihlberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Strömberg went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. 78 minutes into the match, Niklas Stenberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jon Kihlberg, 0-10. Stockholm Nord's Jon Kihlberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Stockholm Nord from getting a goal against them. Daniel Strömberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jon Kihlberg was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Kurt Lenberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kurt Lenberg really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. Zé Roberto Fahlgren received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jon Kihlberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Zé Roberto Fahlgren slotted it home off the left post making it 0-12 in the 90th minute. LFC Boys played a much better game than Stockholm Nord and deserved their victory. The Stockholm Nord players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
