Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ata Çavuş started the match with the kick off. FC Piçkinder's Sigvard Enegren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ata Çavuş in the 4th minute of play. When Tore Kullgren came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Kalix FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tore Kullgren couldn't finish the play. Sigvard Enegren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ata Çavuş in the 10th minute of the match. Kalix FC's Börje Biörling got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Kalix FC's Alf Lundström got a free kick in the 17th minute. Karl-Oskar Ros struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Bernt Vall didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Piçkinder. Sigvard Enegren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tore Kullgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute Bengt-Rune Sandberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernt Vall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ata Çavuş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernt Vall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Sandberg in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Karl-Oskar Ros made a precise shot to the right of Bernt Vall. Kalix FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kalix FC's goalkeeper Bernt Vall, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt-Rune Sandberg in the 48th minute of play forced Kalix FC's goalkeeper Bernt Vall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Kalix FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Piçkinder were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karl-Oskar Ros to strike the kick off in the second half. Bengt-Rune Sandberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernt Vall having to interfere. Bengt-Rune Sandberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Bernt Vall successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. FC Piçkinder's Bengt-Rune Sandberg got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute Karl-Oskar Ros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernt Vall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bengt-Rune Sandberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Bernt Vall skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bengt-Rune Sandberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Bernt Vall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Börje Biörling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sigvard Enegren having to interfere. Karl-Oskar Ros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Bernt Vall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Bengt-Rune Sandberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Piçkinder's supporters rose to their feet, but Bengt-Rune Sandberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernt Vall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Kalix FC! Magne Blomqvist shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The FC Piçkinder players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
