Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Joacim Ekberg made the kick off and thus started the match. After having played for 2 minutes, Alf Eliasson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fatburen IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alf Eliasson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elliot Skräddare came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Fatburen IF's Alf Eliasson. But to his dismay, Alf Eliasson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Åsunden FF's zone, Tomas Lundhberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elliot Skräddare came out of the goal and Tomas Lundhberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elliot Skräddare stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alf Eliasson's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Tomas Lundhberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fatburen IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Lundhberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elliot Skräddare breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fatburen IF's Tommy Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joacim Ekberg in the 24th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Alf Eliasson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elliot Skräddare. Åsunden FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alf Eliasson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 30th minute, Malte Lövkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Lundhberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Elliot Skräddare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vilhelm Danielsson kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Fatburen IF's Kennet Wallin got a free kick in the 35th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Joacim Ekberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Åsunden FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Joacim Ekberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Ekrot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomas Lundhberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Elliot Skräddare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joacim Ekberg in the 43rd minute of play forced Fatburen IF's goalkeeper Tommy Ekrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Åsunden FF's Joacim Ekberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Ekrot. Tommy Ekrot yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alf Eliasson to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Lundhberg got free with Elliot Skräddare in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pål Jonsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Lundhberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Elliot Skräddare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Malte Lövkvist charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Malte Lövkvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Åsunden FF's Malte Lövkvist got a free kick in the 60th minute. Tomas Lundhberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Elliot Skräddare skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alf Eliasson struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Elliot Skräddare didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fatburen IF. Pål Jonsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Ekrot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Alf Eliasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Skräddare having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joacim Ekberg in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Ekrot saved Fatburen IF from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pål Jonsson in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Ekrot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 75 played minutes Åsunden FF got a freekick which was hit by Malte Lövkvist. If Joacim Ekberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Åsunden FF booed when Fatburen IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rune Hagström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Åsunden FF's Pål Jonsson got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th minute, Bengt-Åke Mårtensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Alf Eliasson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elliot Skräddare was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alf Eliasson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 92 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Alf Eliasson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elliot Skräddare was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Fatburen IF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
