Andreas Fransson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Ekain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Drottningens Parkväktare's Vladimír Šach got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 15 played minutes Drottningens Parkväktare got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Browald. In the 20th minute, Joseph Holmstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes into the game, Wiktor Vallmark cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Andreas Fransson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 28 minutes into the match, Erik Lundberg notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Defenders's Kevin Lang. Kevin Lang was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to FC Defenders getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Joseph Holmstedt hit a great ball. In the 36th minute of the match Drottningens Parkväktare got a corner. FC Defenders's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vladimír Šach ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Vladimír Šach got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kevin Lang quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 38th minute Niklas Qvarnström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Lang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernt Browald in the 40th minute of play forced FC Defenders's goalkeeper Kevin Lang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Roman Wójcicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Lundberg in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kevin Lang saved FC Defenders from getting behind. After 46 minutes of play, Drottningens Parkväktare's Nunez Gabino made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kevin Lang was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erik Lundberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th match minute, FC Defenders was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiktor Vallmark to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th match minute, FC Defenders was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Wójcicki to maneuver through the defense. Drottningens Parkväktare's Vladimír Šach shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 60th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Kevin Lang but with some difficulty. After a rather tough play, FC Defenders's Santo Ekain got a free kick in the 61st minute. Santo Ekain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Fransson having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Ekain in the 65th minute of play forced Drottningens Parkväktare's goalkeeper Andreas Fransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nunez Gabino's late challenge caught a FC Defenders's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nunez Gabino helped the player get up and apologised. Andreas Fransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Vallmark in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Santo Ekain made a precise shot to the right of Andreas Fransson. Drottningens Parkväktare's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Evert Bergendahl kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Drottningens Parkväktare's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vladimír Šach in the 77th minute. Drottningens Parkväktare's Erik Lundberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kevin Lang in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 80th minute Santo Ekain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Fransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andreas Fransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Ekain in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd match minute, FC Defenders was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Majlandt to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wiktor Vallmark in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andreas Fransson saved Drottningens Parkväktare from getting behind. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
