The referee ignored Samba Fotboll U21's protests and gave Magnus Hjälm a yellow card for diving instead. BK Gunilla's Fredrik Bruhn managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Wictor Gustavsson in the 9 minute of the game. In the 10th minute, Isaac Haraldsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in BK Gunilla's zone, Oskar Gullesson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Axel Thidén came out of the goal and Oskar Gullesson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Axel Thidén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aron Karlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Axel Thidén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskar Gullesson in the 16th minute of the match. A collision led to BK Gunilla getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Fredrik Bruhn hit a great ball. The supporters of BK Gunilla booed when Samba Fotboll U21 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herman Alefors didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Holm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronnie Meck having to interfere. The supporters of Samba Fotboll U21 booed when BK Gunilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sture Flinck didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in BK Gunilla's zone, Oskar Gullesson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Axel Thidén came out of the goal and Oskar Gullesson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oskar Gullesson might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Axel Thidén. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oskar Gullesson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 35th minute, Oskar Gullesson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aron Karlberg took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Axel Thidén. Axel Thidén dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 40th match minute, BK Gunilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrik Bruhn to maneuver through the defense. After 41 played minutes, Samba Fotboll U21's Wictor Gustavsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Axel Thidén came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Samba Fotboll U21 reached it. After some careless play in the BK Gunilla defense, Elias Meck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Axel Thidén. The BK Gunilla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Axel Thidén should have stopped the shot. After the first half Samba Fotboll U21 were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oskar Gullesson to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes BK Gunilla got a freekick which was hit by Fredrik Bruhn. After a rather tough play, Samba Fotboll U21's Herman Alefors got a free kick in the 56th minute. Axel Thidén was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Oskar Gullesson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 57 minute of play. When Elias Meck came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Samba Fotboll U21 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elias Meck couldn't finish the play. In the 67thth minute of the game Oskar Gullesson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BK Gunilla's Axel Thidén was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Axel Thidén made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Elias Meck sent off a good shot on target. Oskar Gullesson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Axel Thidén skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Axel Thidén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oskar Gullesson in the 81st minute of play. Axel Thidén came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Samba Fotboll U21's Herman Alefors. But to his dismay, Herman Alefors quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Axel Thidén stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oskar Gullesson's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Samba Fotboll U21's Oskar Gullesson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Axel Thidén narrowly saved just below the crossbar. BK Gunilla's Axel Thidén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oskar Gullesson in the 95th minute of play.
