Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Igor Damião took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Mager, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ralf Mårtensson kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Gabriel Holmstedt took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Igor Damião. Bäckefors BF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Olof Falkrantz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Igor Damião was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. Bora Bora's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
