The Balders Hage IF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ekerö IF were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Svante Jansson to strike the kick off in the second half. Ekerö IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edmund Lindholm in the 68th minute. Andreas Siöman made a great header on Ekerö IF's corner, it was just that Balders Hage IF's Eric Fredriksson managed to reach the ball for a save. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Andreas Siöman sped through Balders Hage IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eric Fredriksson. Eric Fredriksson came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ekerö IF's Edmund Lindholm. But to his dismay, Edmund Lindholm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Freddie Wikander in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eric Fredriksson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Arvin Bollström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Svante Jansson's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Svante Jansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Edmund Lindholm notched a goal, 1-7, to the right of Balders Hage IF's Eric Fredriksson. Eric Fredriksson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eric Fredriksson came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ekerö IF's Edmund Lindholm. But to his dismay, Edmund Lindholm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8. Edmund Lindholm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Fredriksson having to interfere. The corner ended in Edmund Lindholm almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Balders Hage IF's Eric Fredriksson did a great save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ekerö IF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
