After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Nicanor Barrial managed to get in a good position for a shot. Helsingborgs IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicanor Barrial was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Verner Kaxe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sten Pil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kennet Svensson hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rudolf Rolfsson in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Verner Kaxe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Helsingborgs IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bengt-Rune Heggert in the 13th minute. A nice corner shot did that Bengt-Rune Heggert got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Verner Kaxe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jan-Erik Hellsing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrik Jonasson in the 15th minute of play. If Patrik Jonasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jörlanda's Verner Kaxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolf Rolfsson in the 22nd minute of play. Sten Pil scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Verner Kaxe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 30 minutes, Marcin Prusinowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jörlanda and the Helsingborgs IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Helsingborgs IF booed when Jörlanda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcin Prusinowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rudolf Rolfsson in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Verner Kaxe saved Jörlanda from getting behind. Verner Kaxe didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Helsingborgs IF's Sten Pil shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. After 36 minutes, Sten Pil made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Jörlanda's Verner Kaxe tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st minute, Sten Pil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Helsingborgs IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Róbert Károlyi during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Helsingborgs IF's Róbert Károlyi got a free kick in the 44th minute. After 47 played minutes Jörlanda got a freekick which was hit by Sven Vennerberg. After the first half Helsingborgs IF were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

53 minutes into the game, Helsingborgs IF's Rudolf Rolfsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Verner Kaxe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Verner Kaxe was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Sten Pil capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sten Pil really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Verner Kaxe didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 63rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. If Rudolf Rolfsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven Vennerberg kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After 72 played minutes Jörlanda got a freekick which was hit by Sven Vennerberg. Jörlanda's Verner Kaxe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Jörlanda from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rudolf Rolfsson in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Verner Kaxe saved Jörlanda from getting behind. Verner Kaxe made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Rudolf Rolfsson sent off a good shot on target. 0-10 became the score in the 82nd minute when Rudolf Rolfsson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Helsingborgs IF made a substitution. Sören Apelkvist replaced Rudolf Rolfsson. 87 minutes into the match, Sten Pil notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of Jörlanda's Verner Kaxe. Verner Kaxe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 91 minutes into the match, Sten Pil dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Verner Kaxe, 0-12. After 95 minutes, Sören Apelkvist made it 0-13 with a short kick to the right side. Jörlanda's Verner Kaxe tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Jörlanda fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Helsingborgs IF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
