Niclas Galle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Påk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Adil Özerk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 7 minutes into the match, Ove Siggman notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of CheersIsland FC's Niclas Galle. Niclas Galle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 12th minute Arne Påk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niclas Galle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Birger Vollander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adil Özerk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orlando Marques went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 27th minute, Jose Manuel González got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. CheersIsland FC's Niclas Galle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erling Rolfsson in the 29th minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Jose Manuel González cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Adil Özerk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, CheersIsland FC's Aleksander Abrahamsson got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 41st minute, Orlando Marques left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CheersIsland FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Orlando Marques hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aleksander Abrahamsson got free with Adil Özerk in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adil Özerk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Manuel González, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Jose Manuel González scored 5-1 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adil Özerk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.
Adil Özerk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jose Manuel González's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. CheersIsland FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The audience was convinced that Orlando Marques's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adil Özerk was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. After 82 minutes of play, CheersIsland FC's Jose Manuel González made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adil Özerk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Adil Özerk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Marques in the 89th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Orlando Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adil Özerk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Marques in the 95th minute of play forced Bangkok FC's goalkeeper Adil Özerk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arne Påk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CheersIsland FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Bangkok FC for a fine match.
