Svante Bjursell scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Toke Panning, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Folke Melin in the 7th minute of play forced Klassisk Framtid's goalkeeper Toke Panning to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toke Panning took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folke Melin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albert Gunnarsson got free with Emmanuil Kirillov in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Klassisk Framtid were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Pauliström's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jarl Björling took the corner. After taking down the ball on Klassisk Framtid's corner Jarl Björling fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emmanuil Kirillov quite easily take care of the ball. With his leg Emmanuil Kirillov managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Klassisk Framtid's Anders Pike fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Klassisk Framtid's Toke Panning played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Folke Melin in the 13th minute of play. After 14 played minutes Pauliström got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Högberg. Emmanuil Kirillov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Jet in the 16th minute of the match. The corner led Klassisk Framtid's Jarl Björling to fire away a dangerous shot which Emmanuil Kirillov despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Klassisk Framtid's Emil Jet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emmanuil Kirillov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 23 played minutes Pauliström got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Åke Biörk. Jarl Björling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Klassisk Framtid's Emil Jet was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emmanuil Kirillov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Jet in the 30th minute of play forced Pauliström's goalkeeper Emmanuil Kirillov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emil Jet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emmanuil Kirillov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Emmanuil Kirillov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Jet in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th match minute, Pauliström was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christer Åström to maneuver through the defense. Christer Åström's late challenge caught a Klassisk Framtid's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christer Åström helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Klassisk Framtid booed when Pauliström was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christer Åström didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Klassisk Framtid's Anders Pike slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emmanuil Kirillov. That made the score 1-1 after 45 minutes of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anders Pike was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Shao Chang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emmanuil Kirillov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anders Pike in the 55th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute Anders Pike shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emmanuil Kirillov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Klassisk Framtid's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jarl Björling in the 73rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Jarl Björling got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emmanuil Kirillov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 76 minutes into the match, Pauliström's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Pike came free, but Emmanuil Kirillov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emmanuil Kirillov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Jet in the 77th minute of the match. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anders Pike in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emmanuil Kirillov saved Pauliström from getting behind. Emmanuil Kirillov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Gunnarsson in the 87th minute of play. Emil Jet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Anders Pike got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Pauliström players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Klassisk Framtid from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
