After a defensive mix-up in Al-Torn's zone, Manfred Vennerkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torbjörn Fogel came out of the goal and Manfred Vennerkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 3rd minute, Hubert Sillén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Magnus Fristedt was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 6th minute. Al-Torn's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Åhagen FC's Gábor Kálmán played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hubert Sillén in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hubert Sillén in the 6th minute of play forced Åhagen FC's goalkeeper Gábor Kálmán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Åhagen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aniceto Solera came free, but Gábor Kálmán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gábor Kálmán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Unesson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Åhagen FC's Gábor Kálmán got control of the ball when Magnus Fristedt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Al-Torn's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aniceto Solera in the 22nd minute. The corner ended in Aniceto Solera almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Åhagen FC's Gábor Kálmán did a great save. After a rather tough play, Åhagen FC's Roger Gustavsson got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute, Hubert Sillén got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karl-Åke Lööf hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Fastesson in the 34th minute of play forced Al-Torn's goalkeeper Torbjörn Fogel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hubert Sillén in the 36th minute of play forced Åhagen FC's goalkeeper Gábor Kálmán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Magnus Fristedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Åhagen FC's Gábor Kálmán proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Åhagen FC from getting a goal against them. After 44 minutes, Olov Ekeberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åhagen FC and the Al-Torn players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Åhagen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olov Ekeberg to maneuver through the defense. Ragnar Klementsson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 45th playminute. In the 48th minute, Hubert Sillén fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.

52 minutes into the match, Åhagen FC's Joel Fastesson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Torbjörn Fogel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th minute Hubert Sillén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gábor Kálmán saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57thth minute of the game Hubert Sillén who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Åhagen FC's Gábor Kálmán was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Greger Jonsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Åhagen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aniceto Solera came free, but Gábor Kálmán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torbjörn Fogel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfred Vennerkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Roger Gustavsson notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Al-Torn's Torbjörn Fogel. Torbjörn Fogel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ragnar Klementsson in the 71st minute of play forced Åhagen FC's goalkeeper Gábor Kálmán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Åhagen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hubert Sillén came free, but Gábor Kálmán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Roger Gustavsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hubert Sillén scored 2-1 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gábor Kálmán, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 86th minute Per Unesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gábor Kálmán saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute, Olov Ekeberg had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 95 minutes, Hubert Sillén mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Al-Torn and the Åhagen FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Åhagen FC made a substitution. Lennart Wester replaced Olov Ekeberg. After 97 played minutes Al-Torn got a freekick which was hit by Hubert Sillén. Al-Torn's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
