The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Färgfemman FF's Tord Söderqwist in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arye Suryoye's goalie prevented a goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 4th minute of the game. One of Arye Suryoye:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Färgfemman FF:s goal. 6 minutes into the game, Allan Forsberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kenneth Käcker was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tord Söderqwist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 15 played minutes Färgfemman FF got a freekick which was hit by Per-Erik Martinsson. In the 17th minute of the match, Ola Rydberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zoltán Mészáros saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Arye Suryoye booed when Färgfemman FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klas Helberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute Ola Rydberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zoltán Mészáros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zoltán Mészáros was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Ola Rydberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ola Rydberg really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Norberto Loureiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Zoltán Mészáros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Ola Rydberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arye Suryoye's supporters rose to their feet, but Ola Rydberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zoltán Mészáros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Arye Suryoye getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Gustavo Scarpa hit a great ball. If Norberto Loureiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 62 minutes into the game, Ola Rydberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arye Suryoye's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Färgfemman FF the free kick. Ola Rydberg kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match.
