Spectators: 8085 (Terracing: 6065, Seating: 1859, VIP seats: 161) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mazinho Hult started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vitor Zurita got free with Karl-Åke Sandström in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 12th minute of the match, Vitor Zurita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Karl-Åke Sandström was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ginlabbet Stockholm's Karl-Åke Sandström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Ginlabbet Stockholm from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute Mazinho Hult shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustin Cejas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Ginlabbet Stockholm booed when Norrlands Hjältar BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunnar Hake didn't get a good kick on the ball. John Olsson hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Agustin Cejas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Erik Fagrell in the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niklas Barck in the 32nd minute of play forced Ginlabbet Stockholm's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Sandström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustin Cejas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Olof Ålberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Dick Smedfeldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niklas Barck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ginlabbet Stockholm's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Sandström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Emil Smedfeldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Karl-Åke Sandström made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Niklas Barck made the kick off in the second half. Ginlabbet Stockholm's Karl-Åke Sandström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitor Zurita in the 50th minute of play. Vitor Zurita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 55 played minutes Ginlabbet Stockholm got a freekick which was hit by Roger Eriksson. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niklas Barck in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl-Åke Sandström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Karl-Åke Sandström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niklas Barck's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Montrel in the 61st minute of play forced Norrlands Hjältar BK's goalkeeper Agustin Cejas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mazinho Hult's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Agustin Cejas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Mazinho Hult reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Agustin Cejas. The goal made the score 2-1. In the 67th minute, Niklas Barck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Norrlands Hjältar BK getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. John Olsson hit a great ball. Karl-Åke Sandström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niklas Barck's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. After some careless play in the Norrlands Hjältar BK defense, Nils-Erik Fagrell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agustin Cejas. The Norrlands Hjältar BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agustin Cejas should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Ginlabbet Stockholm players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
