Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tage Deckbergh in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Jelm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11th minute Tage Deckbergh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Jelm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Richard Enegren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Manfred Thedin hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Tage Deckbergh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan Jelm was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 21 minutes of play, Here Comes the Hammer's Tage Deckbergh made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Jelm was left in no man's land by his defense there! Manfred Thedin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Jelm having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tage Deckbergh in the 31st minute of play forced Zendium's goalkeeper Jan Jelm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charles Björkqvist made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Richard Enegren sent off a good shot on target. In the 42nd minute Tage Deckbergh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Jelm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Joacim Backlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zendium's supporters rose to their feet, but Joacim Backlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charles Björkqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Richard Enegren to make the kick off. Manfred Thedin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Jan Jelm made a huge save. Charles Björkqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bo Edström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evert Wahlnäs hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After 74 played minutes Here Comes the Hammer got a freekick which was hit by Balhikapungava Bonk. Tage Deckbergh received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jan Jelm came out and tried to block the shot, but Tage Deckbergh slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 77th minute. 84 minutes into the match, Here Comes the Hammer's goal looked a bit too open when Mårten Blom came free, but Charles Björkqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Mårten Blom notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Here Comes the Hammer's Charles Björkqvist. Charles Björkqvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Here Comes the Hammer's Jan-Ove Hamnberg got a free kick in the 94th minute. Chants of Here Comes the Hammer echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Zendium had held the ball for most of the match.
