IFK Karskrona were furious when Norberto Veremundo was red carded, 19 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave IFK Bovall a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tony Haström, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of IFK Karskrona's Alonzo Sheppard. 0-1. In the 23rdth minute of the game Jorginho Cruz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK Bovall's Per Fredriksson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Petter Levander got free with Per Fredriksson in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tage Dahlberg hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Omero Hernandez struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Alonzo Sheppard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK Bovall. In the 33rd minute Tony Haström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonzo Sheppard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Tony Haström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Alonzo Sheppard was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 51 minutes into the match, IFK Karskrona's goal looked a bit too open when Ball Boll came free, but Alonzo Sheppard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 52nd minute IFK Bovall were awarded a corner. Omero Hernandez went to the cornerflag to take it. Omero Hernandez made a great header on IFK Bovall's corner, it was just that IFK Karskrona's Alonzo Sheppard managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nils Fågel in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Per Fredriksson saved IFK Bovall from getting behind. Alonzo Sheppard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tony Haström's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. A collision led to IFK Karskrona getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Stig Gallin hit a great ball. Tony Haström's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Alonzo Sheppard skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 69 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when IFK Bovall's Tony Haström fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After some careless play in the IFK Karskrona defense, Tony Haström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alonzo Sheppard. The IFK Karskrona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alonzo Sheppard should have stopped the shot. Tony Haström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alonzo Sheppard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tony Haström in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alonzo Sheppard saved IFK Karskrona from getting behind. After 84 played minutes IFK Bovall got a freekick which was hit by Christian Nyström. In the 85th minute Jorginho Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per Fredriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Tony Haström put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Alonzo Sheppard. Alonzo Sheppard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Haström in the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Eric Askelöf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the game, Rickard Lövskog was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IFK Bovall's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IFK Karskrona the free kick. Tony Haström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alonzo Sheppard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. The IFK Karskrona supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching IFK Bovall's performance. The match ended with a win for IFK Bovall.
