The supporters of Quetzal Flyers Hammers booed when FC Bosses Bodega was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tobias Sana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Mattias Nyman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Mehmet Hakkı Makbul took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Alf Engman to make any attempt to save it. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Bosses Bodega's goalkeeper Alf Engman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alf Engman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Hakkı Makbul, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 19th minute Tobias Sana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Nyman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mehmet Hakkı Makbul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Alf Engman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Mattias Nyman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Erik Beckman in the 26th minute of play. Mattias Nyman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jens-Erik Beckman's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute, Mehmet Hakkı Makbul reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alf Engman. The goal made the score 2-0. Mehmet Hakkı Makbul might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alf Engman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehmet Hakkı Makbul ran back to his position shaking his head. Bruno Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sonny Perkins got free with Alf Engman in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A nice corner shot did that Mehmet Hakkı Makbul got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alf Engman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mehmet Hakkı Makbul made a kick off. Alf Engman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Hakkı Makbul in the 53rd minute of play. Alf Engman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sonny Perkins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mattias Nyman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Túlio Ortiz in the 59th minute of play. After 61 minutes, Melker Bergdal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quetzal Flyers Hammers and the FC Bosses Bodega players grew even worse after the yellow card. FC Bosses Bodega's Alf Engman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Graham Jolicoeur in the 64th minute of play. If Sonny Perkins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Mattias Nyman got control of the ball when Pape Lillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pape Lillo got free with Mattias Nyman in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 89 played minutes Quetzal Flyers Hammers got a freekick which was hit by Sonny Perkins. FC Bosses Bodega made a substitution. Michael Lidman replaced Jens-Erik Beckman. FC Bosses Bodega's Isac Eriksson was substituted for Tobias Sana. Sonny Perkins hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. If Sonny Perkins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Melker Bergdal got a free kick in the 97th minute. Quetzal Flyers Hammers were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Bosses Bodega for a fine match.
