When Haganäsgränd TT's Roland Karlsson in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Doctors of Ophtalmology's goalie prevented a goal. If Roland Karlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Haganäsgränd TT's Ian Brun got control of the ball when Svante Clementsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Doctors of Ophtalmology was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Forsberg to maneuver through the defense. Nils Billing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Hannes Blomqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Ekberg in the 47th minute of play forced Haganäsgränd TT's goalkeeper Ian Brun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Svante Clementsson made a kick off. Hannes Blomqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Billing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Haganäsgränd TT's Nils Billing in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Doctors of Ophtalmology's goalie prevented a goal. 65 minutes into the match, Doctors of Ophtalmology's goalkeeper Hannes Blomqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roland Karlsson. When Haganäsgränd TT's Nils Billing in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Doctors of Ophtalmology's goalie prevented a goal. 69 minutes into the match, Sven Ekberg notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Haganäsgränd TT's Ian Brun. Ian Brun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 73 minutes into the game, Per Forsberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ian Brun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roland Karlsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Hannes Blomqvist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 78th minute of the match Haganäsgränd TT got a corner. Doctors of Ophtalmology's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bengt-Åke Hökkvist ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Patrik Danielsson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Doctors of Ophtalmology's Hannes Blomqvist did a great save. With his leg Hannes Blomqvist managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when Haganäsgränd TT's Roland Karlsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Roland Karlsson took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Hannes Blomqvist to make any attempt to save it. Ian Brun came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Doctors of Ophtalmology's Sven Ekberg. But to his dismay, Sven Ekberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Doctors of Ophtalmology fully deserved thier win.
