The audience thought a goal was coming when Siro Benvido got free with Sven-Erik Ivarsson in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Siro Benvido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 31st minute of the match, Siro Benvido got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sven-Erik Ivarsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 33rd minute, Bogdan Utretskiy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 36 minutes into the game, Gnaget United FC's Siro Benvido nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sven-Erik Ivarsson was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Carl Jonsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Carl Jonsson really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. Gnaget United FC's Ukko Pihkala managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nils-Erik Juhlin in the 46 minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paşa Bollen was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Heavy Balls FC's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Benvido came free, but Sven-Erik Ivarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hans Ahlstedt made in the 54th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Nils-Erik Juhlin however managed to control. Siro Benvido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Sven-Erik Ivarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Heavy Balls FC defense, Siro Benvido kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sven-Erik Ivarsson. The Heavy Balls FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sven-Erik Ivarsson should have stopped the shot. Siro Benvido scored 7-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven-Erik Ivarsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 68th minute, Siro Benvido made a precise shot to the right of Sven-Erik Ivarsson. Heavy Balls FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. 73 minutes into the match, Carl Jonsson notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Heavy Balls FC's Sven-Erik Ivarsson. Sven-Erik Ivarsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Wayne Rooney managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gnaget United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wayne Rooney was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Erik Ivarsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gnaget United FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
