Cesar Domingues might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mathias Skark. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cesar Domingues ran back to his position shaking his head. Mathias Skark made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Gunnar Lidberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benigno Urruchua in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Karl-Johan Finman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Trojanskahästen's Benigno Urruchua got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 39 minutes of play, Trojanskahästen's Benigno Urruchua made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gunnar Lidberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42nd minute, Cesar Domingues left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mörknäs Electric Vikings fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. After the first half Mörknäs Electric Vikings were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cesar Domingues to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes Mörknäs Electric Vikings's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gabriel-Alejandro Fahlgren who took care of the corner kick. Benigno Urruchua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Billy Drake managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trojanskahästen's supporters rose to their feet, but Billy Drake was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gunnar Lidberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Trojanskahästen's Mathias Skark got control of the ball when Jack Ekenberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jack Ekenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gabriel-Alejandro Fahlgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Gunnar Lidberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 90 minutes, Sverker Lundqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mörknäs Electric Vikings and the Trojanskahästen players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th match minute, Mörknäs Electric Vikings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sverker Lundqvist to maneuver through the defense. Gunnar Lidberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Toscano, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Mathias Skark didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jack Ekenberg went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score.
