To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Juliusz Napierkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walery Labus hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Janusz Labus in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zbigniew Domamir saved Leszczyna from getting behind. Zbigniew Domamir made an important save on a dangerous shot by Borys Henryk in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juliusz Napierkowski in the 20th minute of play forced KS Zaborowo's goalkeeper Lech Ptaszek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KS Zaborowo's Lech Ptaszek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juliusz Napierkowski in the 22nd minute of play. When Norbert Ferfecki came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Leszczyna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norbert Ferfecki couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juliusz Napierkowski in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lech Ptaszek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leszczyna's Juliusz Napierkowski got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Juliusz Napierkowski made a precise shot to the right of Lech Ptaszek. KS Zaborowo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 35 minutes, Ignacy Penc mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leszczyna and the KS Zaborowo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Borys Henryk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbigniew Domamir having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Janusz Labus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leszczyna's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
