Iggeln's Lukasz Zdeb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Pluciennik in the 12th minute of play. Lukasz Zdeb made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Lemiesz in the 14th minute. After some careless play in the Iggeln defense, Ryszard Pluciennik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lukasz Zdeb. The Iggeln fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lukasz Zdeb should have stopped the shot. Lukasz Zdeb made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Lemiesz in the 29th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stefan Lemiesz in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lukasz Zdeb saved Iggeln from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Iggeln's Sylwester Wielowiejski got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Mikołów's Cyryl Pachucki tried to score from far away in the 32nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Stefan Lemiesz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dariusz Andrysiak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milosz Blochowiak having to interfere. Iggeln's Lukasz Zdeb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Pluciennik in the 43rd minute of play. Wieslaw Harasimowicz charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wieslaw Harasimowicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wieslaw Harasimowicz hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ryszard Pluciennik made a kick off. Milosz Blochowiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Andrysiak in the 58th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, Mikołów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roch Wawro to maneuver through the defense. After 66 played minutes Iggeln got a freekick which was hit by Sylwester Wielowiejski. Milosz Blochowiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Andrysiak in the 68th minute of play. The supporters of Iggeln booed when Mikołów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zygmunt Bazan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pawel Dziechciowski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Milosz Blochowiak. Mikołów's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Pluciennik in the 76th minute of play forced Iggeln's goalkeeper Lukasz Zdeb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Mikołów's Slawomir Koczara got a free kick in the 79th minute. Dariusz Andrysiak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Milosz Blochowiak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Mikołów getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Stefan Lemiesz hit a great ball. The long shot by Pawel Dziechciowski in the 93rd minute really tested Milosz Blochowiak's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 95thth minute of the game Stefan Lemiesz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iggeln's Lukasz Zdeb was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mikołów's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
