When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Maciej Żurawski took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Alfred Dombrowski to make any attempt to save it. In the 44th minute, Olaf Januszewski fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olaf Januszewski got free with Alfred Dombrowski in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 47 minutes into the game, Juliusz Burdzel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ponurzyca SSA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Krzewie the free kick.

The wind increased when Olaf Januszewski made the kick off in the second half. Kryspin Grucza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Igor Kopacz in the 62nd minute. Zbyszek Weyna hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Olaf Januszewski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfred Dombrowski was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Alfred Dombrowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olaf Januszewski in the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Maciej Żurawski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Dombrowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st match minute, Krzewie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mieszko Czekaj to maneuver through the defense. Krzewie's Olaf Januszewski got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Maciej Żurawski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, Ponurzyca SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Maciej Żurawski came free, but Alfred Dombrowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Krzewie were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Ponurzyca SSA to leave the ground with a draw.
