An unexpectedly hard shot by Wincent Gdowski in the 11th minute of play forced Tarków SSA's goalkeeper Mateusz Redisz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Tarków SSA's Waclaw Kapera slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bogdan Domeracki. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Waclaw Kapera got free with Bogdan Domeracki in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 28 minutes into the game, FC Sosnowiec's Wincent Gdowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mateusz Redisz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 37 minutes into the match, Tarków SSA's Waclaw Kapera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bogdan Domeracki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wincent Gdowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Mateusz Redisz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

54 minutes into the match, Antoni Polek notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of FC Sosnowiec's Bogdan Domeracki. Bogdan Domeracki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Sosnowiec's Stefan Marud slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mateusz Redisz. That made the score 2-2 after 58 minutes of play. Wincent Gdowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Waclaw Kapera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bogdan Domeracki having to make a save. After having played for 73 minutes, Wincent Gdowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Sosnowiec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wincent Gdowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jaroslaw Filipkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Sosnowiec's zone, Antoni Polek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bogdan Domeracki came out of the goal and Antoni Polek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Sosnowiec's Bogdan Domeracki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waclaw Kapera in the 85th minute of play. If Waclaw Kapera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bogdan Domeracki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antoni Polek in the 94th minute of the match. Zbyszek Palzewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Tarków SSA's Damazy Gizynski tried to score from far away in the 97th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
