Spectators: 7321 (Terracing: 5492, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 145) Sparta's Zachariasz Walkowski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Patryk Nuszkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dariusz Arendarski having to interfere. Zdzislaw Makowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dariusz Arendarski having to interfere. In the 14th minute Benedykt Pieknik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dariusz Arendarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dariusz Arendarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patryk Nuszkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Benedykt Pieknik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wincent Ikalewicz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Edward Prusek. After 26 minutes of play, FC Lestat's Patryk Nuszkowski made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dariusz Arendarski was left in no man's land by his defense there! 33 minutes in the game, Lukasz Paciuszko fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Wincent Ikalewicz having to interfere. If Zachariasz Walkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 35th play minute Lukasz Paciuszko came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Wincent Ikalewicz. 1-1. Zachariasz Walkowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zdzislaw Makowski made a kick off. Zachariasz Walkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lukasz Paciuszko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Wincent Ikalewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wincent Ikalewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachariasz Walkowski in the 60th minute of play. Lukasz Paciuszko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Ikalewicz having to interfere. FC Lestat's Wincent Ikalewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukasz Paciuszko in the 70th minute of play. Lukasz Paciuszko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Ikalewicz having to interfere. In the 74th minute Zachariasz Walkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Ikalewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Sparta booed when FC Lestat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arkadiusz Siembab didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dariusz Arendarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zdzislaw Makowski in the 80th minute of play. When Benedykt Pieknik fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Lestat's protests and gave Benedykt Pieknik a yellow card for diving instead. After 84 minutes FC Lestat's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edward Prusek who took care of the corner kick. Hieronim Cielencki made a great header on Sparta's corner, it was just that FC Lestat's Wincent Ikalewicz managed to reach the ball for a save. 87 minutes into the match, Sparta's Lukasz Paciuszko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wincent Ikalewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Patryk Nuszkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dariusz Arendarski having to interfere. Sparta were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Lestat for a fine match.
