An unexpectedly hard shot by Kryspin Walczak in the 18th minute of play forced Real Madryt's goalkeeper Tadeusz Sitko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Piotrowa's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Adam Lamczyk 23 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Antoni Trojanowski went to the cornerflag to take it. Slawomir Jakubiak kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ryszard Bochinski during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
