Spectators: 7406 (Terracing: 5555, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Olaf Biegun started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Wlodzimierz Pusiak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zacharzów's supporters rose to their feet, but Wlodzimierz Pusiak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mieszko Sebzda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafal Okropny in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mieszko Sebzda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wladyslaw Babicki kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 7th minute Wlodzimierz Pusiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mieszko Sebzda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miroslaw Pietrowski in the 10th minute of play forced Górnik Zabrze's goalkeeper Mieszko Sebzda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sylwester Sedzikowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 16 minutes into the game, when Pawel Fafinski put in a rough tackle. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Zacharzów! When the match had been going on for 17 minutes, Górnik Zabrze's Zachary Lewandowski got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Krzysztof Kluczyk. If Rafal Okropny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mieszko Sebzda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafal Okropny in the 31st minute of play. Krzysztof Kluczyk was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Zachary Lewandowski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafal Okropny in the 39th minute of play forced Górnik Zabrze's goalkeeper Mieszko Sebzda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Górnik Zabrze's Mieszko Sebzda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafal Okropny in the 41st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafal Okropny in the 44th minute of play forced Górnik Zabrze's goalkeeper Mieszko Sebzda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mieszko Sebzda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafal Okropny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafal Okropny made a kick off. If Olaf Biegun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iwan Jaroch charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iwan Jaroch the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th minute of the match Norbert Czeberowski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mieszko Sebzda skillfully saved the ball. Miroslaw Pietrowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mieszko Sebzda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Miroslaw Pietrowski notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Górnik Zabrze's Mieszko Sebzda. Mieszko Sebzda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 66 minutes into the match, Zacharzów's goal looked a bit too open when Sylwester Sedzikowski came free, but Krzysztof Kluczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witalis Hyska in the 71st minute of play forced Zacharzów's goalkeeper Krzysztof Kluczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Zacharzów's goal looked a bit too open when Wawrzyniec Mockiewicz came free, but Krzysztof Kluczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafal Okropny could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Mieszko Sebzda made a huge save. In the 79th minute Zacharzów were awarded a corner. Norbert Czeberowski went to the cornerflag to take it. Maciej Czerny thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Mieszko Sebzda, a very annoying self made goal in the 80th minute which led to 2-2. Witalis Hyska hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. The supporters of Górnik Zabrze booed when Zacharzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miroslaw Pietrowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafal Okropny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mieszko Sebzda having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Wawrzyniec Mockiewicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Krzysztof Kluczyk. Zacharzów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wawrzyniec Mockiewicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Miroslaw Pietrowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute Sylwester Sedzikowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krzysztof Kluczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Górnik Zabrze's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
