After 55 minutes, Dobromir Drzewucki made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. PSV Eindhoven's Tomasz Traczewski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to PSV Eindhoven getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Szczepan Niezywy hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in PSV Eindhoven's zone, Dobromir Drzewucki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomasz Traczewski came out of the goal and Dobromir Drzewucki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Radowit Bara came up free with the goalie in the 101st minute, the Kondek Nowa Huta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radowit Bara couldn't finish the play. Kondek Nowa Huta's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
