Miroslaw Lepucki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marek Bialakowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marek Bialakowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miroslaw Lepucki having to interfere. Miroslaw Lepucki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolek Konieczny, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roland Rakoski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Roland Rakoski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miroslaw Lepucki having to interfere. Tobiasz Skaradowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tanek Maciejewski in the 74th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Wlodzimierz Debowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rylczester's supporters rose to their feet, but Wlodzimierz Debowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobiasz Skaradowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marek Bialakowskis short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Miroslaw Lepucki to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Roland Rakoski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miroslaw Lepucki having to interfere. In the 93rd minute of the match, Roland Rakoski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Miroslaw Lepucki saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Neukarbe's Tobiasz Skaradowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wlodzimierz Debowski in the 97th minute of play. The Rylczester supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Neukarbe's performance. The match ended with a win for Neukarbe.
