Spectators: 7245 (Terracing: 5546, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Igor Bochynski took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Szczepan Gniewek came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Żaganowice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Szczepan Gniewek couldn't finish the play. Igor Bochynski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bytkowskie Psy's Jacek Logewnik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Bochynski in the 11th minute of play. Szymon Domarecki might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bogumil Tokarczyk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Szymon Domarecki ran back to his position shaking his head. Szymon Domarecki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Bogumil Tokarczyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Żaganowice's Igor Bochynski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacek Logewnik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Szymon Domarecki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bogumil Tokarczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacek Kordalewski in the 22nd minute of the match. Jacek Kordalewski struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Bogumil Tokarczyk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bytkowskie Psy. Jacek Logewnik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Bochynski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Szymon Domarecki got free with Bogumil Tokarczyk in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 36 minutes, Stasio Buczko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bytkowskie Psy and the Żaganowice players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Żaganowice booed when Bytkowskie Psy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stasio Buczko didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Szymon Domarecki came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Bytkowskie Psy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Szymon Domarecki couldn't finish the play. Szymon Domarecki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Szczepan Gniewek in the 45th minute of play forced Bytkowskie Psy's goalkeeper Jacek Logewnik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacek Kordalewski to make the kick off. Jacek Kordalewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Bogumil Tokarczyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Szymon Domarecki in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bogumil Tokarczyk saved Żaganowice from getting behind. After 55 minutes of play, Bytkowskie Psy's Jacek Kordalewski made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bogumil Tokarczyk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jacek Kordalewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bogumil Tokarczyk having to make a save. Igor Bochynski's late challenge caught a Bytkowskie Psy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Igor Bochynski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 63rd minute, Igor Bochynski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bytkowskie Psy's Jacek Kordalewski got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacek Kordalewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bogumil Tokarczyk having to interfere. When Napoleon Dombroski fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Żaganowice's protests and gave Napoleon Dombroski a yellow card for diving instead. 68 minutes into the game, one of Żaganowice:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 72 minutes into the game, Igor Bochynski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jacek Logewnik. Igor Bochynski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Bogumil Tokarczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacek Kordalewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After 83 minutes, Szymon Domarecki made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Żaganowice's Bogumil Tokarczyk tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 91 played minutes Żaganowice got a freekick which was hit by Mariusz Majdoch. In the 92nd minute of the match Jerzy Cichocki sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bogumil Tokarczyk skillfully saved the ball. After 92 played minutes Żaganowice got a freekick which was hit by Lukasz Koperski. If Jacek Kordalewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
