Klement Dziatkowicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jurand Furtok in the 9th minute. Zbyszek Budzyn hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Kisiel in the 12th minute of play forced Zawodzie SA's goalkeeper Jurand Czerniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute Sebastian Kisiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurand Czerniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Zawodzie SA's Grzegorz Jerzyk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Klement Dziatkowicz. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. If Feliks Brzakala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jurand Czerniak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Kisiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Jurand Czerniak came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Gipsu Kudzia's Sebastian Kisiel. But to his dismay, Sebastian Kisiel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Klement Dziatkowicz made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Jurand Furtok sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 37 minutes, Zbyszek Budzyn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gipsu Kudzia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zbyszek Budzyn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jurand Czerniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Kisiel in the 45th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Gipsu Kudzia's Aleksander Chrobak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jurand Czerniak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Kisiel to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Kisiel in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jurand Czerniak saved Zawodzie SA from getting behind. After having played for 58 minutes, Jurand Furtok managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zawodzie SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jurand Furtok was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastian Kisiel kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Gipsu Kudzia's goal looked a bit too open when Grzegorz Jerzyk came free, but Klement Dziatkowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Klement Dziatkowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jurand Furtok, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Grzegorz Jerzyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gipsu Kudzia's goalkeeper Klement Dziatkowicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zbyszek Budzyn hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kryspin Soszka during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 82nd match minute, Zawodzie SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kryspin Soszka to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Kisiel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Jurand Czerniak skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sebastian Kisiel hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Grzegorz Jerzyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Sebastian Kisiel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the match, Gipsu Kudzia's goal looked a bit too open when Grzegorz Jerzyk came free, but Klement Dziatkowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Zawodzie SA getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Dawid Chojnacki hit a great ball. Sebastian Kisiel took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jurand Czerniak. Jurand Czerniak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. The Gipsu Kudzia supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Gipsu Kudzia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
